Best known for his Southern Smoke brand, DJ Smallz has played a monumental role in catapulting independent and major recording artists to the attention of national and international markets, while primarily focusing on southern rap music through his popular mixtape series. To date, the brand has been co-signed by some of the biggest names in the music industry and DJ Smallz has hosted mixtapes for Drake, Tyga, Juicy J, B.o.B, Trey Songz, and DC Young Fly to mention a few.

When DJ Smallz isn't in the recording studio, he's on stage controlling the crowd at some of the biggest night clubs and concert venues. He has performed and headlined in various establishments throughout the United States, as well as Afghanistan, Austria, Canada, Germany, Kuwait, Japan and Switerzland. He also spent three years as tour DJ for CMG/Epic Records recording artist, Yo Gotti, in 2013-2016.

Aside from the road, DJ Smallz shares an extensive amount of time interviewing rap and R&B music's brightest stars on DJ Smallz Eyes, a digital platform that publishes exclusive daily content and has amassed over half a billion views on YouTube as well as garnered more than 1 million subscribers to date.
